This is a teaching blog. It's not really about me — it's a place to write down, carefully and over time, the things I find worth explaining clearly: credit models, data science in finance, and the math underneath both.

Every post aims to do three things: explain the intuition, show the math honestly, and give you something interactive or downloadable so you can try the idea yourself.

Who's behind it

Rodo — I teach a credit models class and have spent enough time in this material to think it deserves better explanations than the textbooks usually give it. If you find a mistake or have a question, I'd love to hear from you.
